Hernan Pique

Founder & CEO

Hernan is the founder & CEO of Gova Real Estate Services. His vast knowledge of Real Estate business comes from over 6+ years of experience in the field.

He is an Industrial Engineering graduate and an entrepreneur who has successfully launched 3 companies which are all running nowadays. Hernan strongly believes in a global connected world in which +80% of the tasks can be solved remotely and also in his team's work strengths. He is married, has two children and in his spare time likes to practice sports like soccer, basketball, running and tennis.

Maria Luz Ebarlin

Director of Operations

Maria Luz is an MBA graduate project manager. She is also a certified english-spanish translator and simultaneous interpreter.

Maria Luz also has vast experience in being the executive assistant of multinational CEO´s and VP´s. She is married, has two children and in her free time she loves to socialize with friends and attend music concerts.

All our Collaborators

GOVA's workforce go through a rigorous real estate training program which enables them to be capable of successfully completing general real estate tasks.
They are fluent in English and Spanish and are college graduates or students, depending on their seniority.
